We’re two 17-year-olds who witnessed how cognitive decline affects not just our loved ones, but entire families. Watching our families navigate the challenges of caregiving, we realized there was a gap in accessible, practical brain health resources. This inspired us to create a platform that brings together scientific knowledge and real-world caregiving experience.
Our Mission
We believe in empowering caregivers with evidence-based tools while raising awareness about brain health among younger generations. Science shows that 45% of dementia cases may be preventable through lifestyle changes – knowledge that could transform lives when shared across generations.
